Hello Reader!

This is a wonderful story about a young girl that is put through so much crap yet remains steadfast and wholly good to the core. Kit is a small girl with a big destiny, just my kind of heroine. Kit seems so young in the beginning, naïve, innocent but brave and thirsting for knowledge. I appreciate Paul let her grow as the book progressed. She seems to grow older with some things while retaining innocence with others. Kit seems to have to prove herself a lot which I know is the time and culture Mouchet is writing through so I can appreciate it, but dang. Poor girl. Although with a destiny like hers its good she's prepared. And wolves! I love the wolves. I cannot wait to see where Kit and Runt end up next!

This is the second edition of this story. The first edition was Paul's first published book. He took all the criticism and went back to page 1 and rewrote it (twice),and gave his series new covers. The basic structure of the story is the same but now all the plot holes are filled and the descriptions of the characters and events are eloquently described. The story grabs your attention and keeps you wanting more. The end isn't exactly a cliff-hanger but it is certainly designed to lead into the next story, which, yes, he is rewriting. Having read the first 2 renditions of this story, I fully expected to skim through this one. I read every word completely drawn in to the world of Kit and her adventures. Can't wait for the next ones.
